This burner can process (burn) the widest variety of fuels ranging from 90 weight gear oil to #2 fuel oil. This range, of course includes waste / used engine oil, vegetable oil, animal fat and even synthetic oils and solvents.

This great burner exclusevely used in our waste oil heaters (please see below). You can adapt this industry leading burner to your current waste oil heating equipment, whether it be a furnace or boiler, it doesn't matter -our burner will get the job done!

The nozzles we use in our waste (used) oil burners produce extremely fine spray particle size at low air pressures and low CFM air flow. Relatively large passages make operation clog free even at low volume. Another advantage of the nozzles we use with our waste oil burners is their resistance to flow rate changes with varying fuel viscosities - they permit good combustion with medium and heavy oils. Flow rate, spray angles and droplet sizes are modified (with limitations) by variations in air supply. Spray pattern produced has solid cone pattern. The nozzles we use in our burners are excellent for waste (used) oil burning applications.

This innovative nozzle technology used by our waste oil burners works by mixing air and fuel, which are separately and precisely routed to the nozzle. The air and fuel mixture is combined in a precision mixing chamber. The air pressure energy then mixes with the fuel within the chamber so that a uniform swirl of air and fuel converge through the orifice providing fine fuel atomization. This presents a well-atomized pattern for effective combustion in a solid cone pattern.
